Wows community determines debate/argumentation winners by the Stats web page profile attributes like is the profile hidden or TeamsWr low or unpopular ship type usage too high in the Stats etc. Example:
Its just funny listening to people tell me how to learn to 'counter' CV when there is no counter. Its even more funny when it comes from someone with a hidden profile.

In the text above racist typical community member says that his opponent has a hidden profile and hence previous opinions were wrong. This is a pure racism.
The account is hidden because the racist community uses account information to determine the truth in debates. So, people with liw TeamsWR get silenced quickly in all opinions but the problem is that those scared hidden account people itself are racist too, and believe in Stats Religion.

Q1: i think it is fine to hide personal things from the world like bank account details, TeamsWR etc.
A1: Hiding your credit card details etc is because you have a fear of loosing something valuable like money. Shortly one hides something when he is scared, the equation is: Hiding=Fear.
So, the sadistic-racist Wows community members hide Stats because they have a fear, they are scared. They are not scared to lose their account and a financial loss is directly not possible because showing the Stats. So, the fear many have is emotional, they are afraid to be mentally attacked because of stats, and their opinions are evaluated by stats so they can't talk much if stats are visible. In our forum we even had Wows community debator who had suicidal and criminal thoughts- the fear that the mass-r-a-p-e loving sadistic racist debunked obsessed community puts into members obviously makes fears and suicides and hiding stats can prevent therefore deaths etc, but the fear still stayes.
It is important to understand that the scared stats hider is a full scale community member, he attacks other people's stats still, asks everyone in chat to mass-r-a-p-e/report others etc.
It is like in some prisons all men go r-a-p-e a newcomer prisoner if a chief says "all go report/r-a-p-e him". So, the mentality is that everyone acts and thinks the same way, have the same Religion. Just like in Wows community.
Mentally well people don't hide any entertainment stats, and don't mention ever stats and don't even know/remember which score stats they had today or in total.
So, the initial "Hiding Stats like creditcards" is debunked, and the truth is Hiding=Fear. The one who is scared hides for the defence from r-a-p-e-minded community, but sadly they themselves participate in mass-r-a-p-i-ng activities and do sadism like the whole cult.
The suggestion is to awaken yourself, leave the community, throw away every wows community belief and behaviour. You can play, but either don't talk with others, or talk until you get banned and then join this or oter non-racist forum. If this forum here is too radical for you now, because it debunks 100% every belief, then make a forum which debunks only half Wows community behaviours and then you can be without sick behaviours, or without half of them. I personally don't believe that it would work if you disagree only with a half of Stats religion standpoints. You must clearly say that stats don't matter and totally abandon all that derivates from that until r-a-p-e-behaviours etc. It is like you abandon Satanism totally not only half of it. If you can't abandon Stats religion/Satanism totally, and still continue to report and compare stats etc, then sooner or later you still act exactly like the debunked community. So, just abandon every belief that the brainwashed community has, and then your fears fade away.
Hiding stats lessens the amount of reports and under the Reports topic we have a list of thing how reports harm the teams, are thievery etc.
But the main loss is mental damage, 1 from 2000 players suicides for sure every years because the stats religion. Obviously partially the sucide come from other reasons too, but very certainly Wows community has a big part in suicides. Some don't suicide but release the fear by cutting skin, or eating lithium tablets etc which eventually also lead to deaths.
Come and explain at least 1 thing in which the debunked Wiws community is right about? If you and your community can't do it then why you continue to believe in Stats religion and have the fears, r-a-p-i-ngs etc? I don't have inadequate debating rules, i have no fears, i won't r-a-p-e and won't report ever, i have fair debating rules, clear arguments. Why to have difficulties to prove your opinion to me then? So, i suggest you to doubt in the cult, and break apart from it, become free and healthy. Why to continue to hide, or fear or be a member of a cult? Even money is offered if you can prove at least 1 cult's opinion.
Those who have high stats all lose to me in every debate just like all others in the cult. I have plenty of examples where they lose to me in battles too, but they are in fear, i am not, i have debunked them, they never will. Those who have high stats have still fears etc and suicide too, but i would say 1/3000 of non-hiders high stats members suicide. Their suicides comes from depression that some have even higher TeamWRs and that makes a deep depression and a suicide is the solution.
Hiding is one way to temporarily escape from fear. Wows community fears me and the escaping solution is to stay far from me. They all know i defeat everyone from the cult, hence they hide far away and don't dare to take money i offer. Popular method to mute the fear is to silence the feared one, kill him, ban him, no human no problem/fear.
But hiding is a cosmetical solution, a camouflage solution. The fear still stayes and griws while you hide under a camouflage blanket from r-a-p-e-minded community. The fear grows and a suicide releases it. Wise is to enquire the fear, and mostly it is because one has wrong believes. For example one believes in Satan and Ghists and is afraid to leave the house- the solution would be to stop believing in ghost, stats etc.
