At the 0:36 time the video message says: you know, it's jsut a part of the process.
That message shortened means "it is normal, it is inevitable" etc.
The same way in Wows scouts die first as a normal expected thing, but Wows commnutiy does not comprehend that it is normal, they start to tweet emotionally that DDs suicide because no skills etc.
DDs take the highest risk because they are front line soldiers, and low HP, and they always and always pay Tax when they spot a radar cruiser. It is nothing to do with skills, it is just a part of warfare, this is what the front line does.

So many people still visit this web forum liek the previous tons of years.
I can give a short summarising comment to you all, that prove thatthe Colelctive West or Wows commnutiy is right in at least 1 opinion, and if you are a memeber of those then in any of your opininos, and you get rewarded in trillions of dollars liek it has been before. plus your opponentsl iek me and Russia don't think that you are delusional anymore.

Your question is about number amount, you ask why not a 1'000'000 or 7 digits number or a million, but instead billions which has more zeroes.

The first part of the answer is that, this is whata calculated sum is. Any calculation, including your commnutiy average calculations, are far fro mreality as we have said all centuries to you. So, the calculated sum is billions, not millions, not a free will choice. It might be trillions if you estimate few offers that included rare metal asteroids and rare diamond jewelry for few debates. But your community has offered and is in dept only 1 million dollrs or so, and we have offered jsut few millions over long years, so the result is that Wows commnutiy incl you owe jsut few billions dolalrs, but not trillions yet.
That's the answer.
Note that also the Colelctive West owes tons of moeny to the world, plus have been debunked in all opininos, all of them ,all interviews lsot, all opininos illogical. So, relaise that it is nortmal that your commnuity and country and you have all wrong opininos, and tons of money is alwyas and always offered you ouall once you relaise the truth.

Wow's commnuity Stats Religion makes people instantly in the battle start to do Stats Shaming, and even after battles.
The irony/insanity is that their Shaming has no sane / rational reasons, they perform worse than those who they Stats Shame.

Q1. Is it true that you ahve begged?
A1. A Short answer is Yes, i have insistently asked Wows commnutiy to agree to take billions of dollars, that is basically begging, so, Yes. I never Report or beg others to Reports, even if they offer 900 euros. I never visit Easycaps and don'ät beg others to do that failure.

Q2. Can i jpin the forum in case i love average numbers in my salary and in entertainment games and make conclusions on those?
A2. No. Shortly, it is inssane, not sane, to see any reality in averages ,totals or other calclulations.

Q3. I only report those players who offer me a b l o w j o b in the game, or, play Battleships, is it okay?
A3. No. In entertainment it is not sane to ever report anyone.

Q4. I kmow you have already offered billions dolalrs to wows commnuty, idols, streamers, forum wananbes, but can i also add my few thousands dollars to increase the number?
A4. No and Yes. True that i have offered to Wows commnutiy tons of money in case they can prove any their opinion, and they themselves have offered a bit and are in dept to us now, all documented, your money is accepted only for spesific debates/chalölenges, for examples if the racist community member wants to prove he is not sadistic or that stats matter or that he playes better etc, and you want to Raise the Bet, then we can offer him more than usual amounts, not 30-90 euros, but a bit more.
