I stopped playing the new T9DD Barf, it can't carry much anything. I have enjoyed italian T9 Dd recently, i hope it gets to T10 in next days and the T10 version is even more fun. You must practice reading the MM with that ship, look if there are hydro and radars, because when you set smoke On and enemies a hydro then you are a blind duck for them. It has nice Yolo-ish playstyle, quick nice battles. I am not sure about the captain setup yet for italians. Maybe to add a spottedSpeed boost or UnspottedSpeed boost. Not sure.
In chat people continue to do delusional predictions. If the community has predicted billions times wrongly then why to continue such delusion? I only agree a prediction if one team has radars and the other not, but even then it is like 60% likelyhood in the prediction. But if the prediction is based on average soup data or on colored lists or on karma soup or non religious splits then it seems to fail 80% of times. I know Top 5 clans, mainly Twa clan, if a prediction is based on those 5 clan names then it suceeds 60% of times as well. But if it is a random Yoboy clan for example then nothing to predict, they are typical cannon meat.
Typical for the community is to talk trash based on soup ratings. Pathetic and ironic is that even when you get at Top 1 and kill them then they still talk trash based on delusional averages. It is like i knock down an athlete, he is on the floor, my feet is on his chest, and he tweets that he is better than me because he has a diplima at home. Why such pathetic mentality? Because of the religion, Stats religion. Do you follow that religion? Ofc you do. So, don't be naive saying you are sane and different from the cult. But i must admit i enjoy all pathetic dialogs, so i can't say that please become sane, it would be boring for me.
The religious book called WowsNumbers has now Clan Battles data. So, when hirering a Clanz player you can see which ships the person prefers in that game mode, and how many battles of experience he has. My current account shows 400 battles, i did 300 from those myself. This is a good decent amount and shows one knows what Clan Battles are. Less than 30 battles shows a total beginner, you can't expect any progress with so small amount.
Nothing new, business as usual, in entertainment mode.
No plans to complete gold league in such mode, on next sprint probably possible.

If you open a top Youtuber video you don't see any gold league either, just Randomz cherry picked video with orgatic noises.
When i counted the Sprint 1 gold members quantity on the stats page i got 400 as i remember. Probably by Sprint 3 now you have ca 800 gold members.
I guess the playdrbase size for Randomz is roughly 200 times bigger than the gold league size, and Coop-Ops playerbase is roughly 40 times bigger than gold league.
If i find it fun to post how many Top clan Twa players i killl in gold league, then Coop-Ops playerbase counts how many games they win. Such intellectually different habits. And Randomz T10 playerbase counts how many blowout losses they get per evening probably.
And beside such contrast between golden and wooden playerbase you don't ever see any tutorials anywhere, no talk or interest about tactics etc.

If you have played for a decade mostly Rankedz Gold league, and then read such Coop main comments, then it suprises for a second.

Steel, i only play coop, and i kinda want the Svea (idk if its good or not) mostly because i like european ships. And as i only play coop i barelly earn any steel. Dubloons i can just buy if theres something i really need/want which is not often the case

I planned to go half and half, I don't play pvp since ages and as of now my only steel income is through free bp, and because I already have 9k or so steel saving up so +16k +coupon is enough for me to grab a steel boat. I also have Sandy so another 11k on top of the remaining 16k

There really is no bit of sanity in those screenshot dialogs. And there really isn't any way to say that only few ones do such insanity, no, the whole community dies or supports it, and does other delusional things like reporting and Stats Racism. Even in the above dialogue the person is probably the community idol, the cult approves every insanity he does because of soup ratings. So, there is no escape to "i don't behave that way". Ofc you do and support it, show where you don't?
The community idol above came to tweet that i should switch to play back to Pampa ship and that i play poorly. So, i even outplayed him as Top 1 against his Top 5, hence it is totally insane from him to believe he playes better than me or anyone. Be Top 1 like me, and don't have delusional belives that you are better than me if you are not Top 1. And switching to other ship choices is again irrational for Top 1 performer.
This is your community and it is all because of Stats worship. All the insanity and pain you have.

And hence, impossible to suggest anything regarding grinding ships. If one stayes only 3 months then you can suggest to try all ship types at T4 so he gets the overview and taste of everything. But if it is 1 year then there it is clear already which ship types one likes and a suggestion is to get 1-2 ship lines of the favourite type. If many years playing then eventually the suggestion is to get all TechTree ships of the favourite type at T10. For example i have all T10 DDs except 4 i guess. And all at T6. Because i play DDs for years, i use 1 favourite DD and sometimes for variety i try others. There is no naive suggestion to me to obtain DD Gearing first etc, i get almost all DDs and know well that i don't like Gearing.
So, all suggestions are generally worthless regarding grinding. A general ultimate suggestion is that find your favourite ship type. And nobody can know that and suggest.
I have played almost all DDs on my bought accounts. What i don't like the most is probably russian gunboat DDs, they are not for me. DD Delny, Khaba, etc.

DDs will get a small Buff, torpedo reload is stronger now and hence more torpedos per battle. Also tubes won't become totally broken anymore. For torpedo DDs it is a Buff, not very big one, but feelable.
Rankedz are very chaotic recently, players don't focus much, because of the weather. Also takes longer minutes to get a battle. I tested the new T9 DD Barf. It is a playable zhip, but can't impact a battle much. What a Pampa player instantly feels in the new ship is a long smoke, 30 secs of smoke laying, secondly feels 12 km torps range instead of 10.5, and then notices the single torpedo shooting ability, and then the slow ship speed, then the fast torpedo readiness, slow torpedo speed 62km/h instead of 70. Such differences. Similarities with Pampa are that guns are only in front, concealment almost the same, torpedo damage same, and guns weak, other things are different, one is a king of torpedos, the other is a weak scout.
20% of victories yesterday. For the community always the exercsise i give is that contenplate why the overall soup rating 40% differs from the actual 20%. But their brain just freezes on such question, and they continue to believe in soup.
The whole week will be hot, just entertainment mood with a wine from fridge.
Haven't practiced any video making. But good that at least i made finally one. That already gave the fundamental skills. If you anyone wants to start videos as well then i believe my free CapCut is a good software choice. The more fancy editors cost ca 50 money per month. There isn't any rocket science, just need practice, like make 10 videos and you are ready in skills.
The new steel T10 planes cruiser can set fighters, quite unique new features. This could support capping DDs so that enemy CV can't interrupt so easily. I consider getting that steel cruiser, because quite unique, makes your cruisers fleet richer beside radar cruisers.
I need ca 15k Steel more to get it, not sure how quickly it arrives. Probably 2k steel per week in average, so 7 weeks perhaps in total.
The new clan feels fine, probably i stay there longer.
It is only ca 3 more weeks of summer mood, after that everything surely turns to competitive.

They have a such flexibility that 4-5 torpedos are very often available. But such opurtunity or felxibility is not very benefitial. Only a naive game mode with very naive players are like sitting ducks in front of you to wait you to send torps to them every minute. In Rankedz you must wait and position long time to get a lucky time window to swim in and send torps out.
A similiar boat is Tromp. Only in Randomz sometimes Tromp can start to swim circling way in front of a BB and torp him constantly. In other game modes it is impossibe. Also, what is the point of circling so, why not to send out 1 devastating strike only.
If you have a competitive goal then you only need 1 devastating torpedo salvo, and you prepare for it well. You won't go to swim around and doing lottery torps every 50 seconds. You do a clear target killing and no need torps every minute for that.
So such torpedo Spamming frequently is generally not professional and not possible in competitive game modes.
T10 Tromp is a bit more competitive than the T9 DD Barf, but generally the same.
Try to think into my position, i have DD Pampa, Velos, DD Barf, and 9 more DDs, and i prefer torpedo style, which DD would i pick if i wanted to be competitive in Gold league? Obviously i pick Pampa and only.
